As a Walbing Customer Success Advisor you are the voice and face for Walbing customers. You will be responsible for customer onboarding, online support, trade receivables verity and corresponding payments checks. You will handle various complex customer’s issues, which will require you to work closely with our marketing teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Walbing Customer Success Advisors represent Walbing as the company’s voices to the market. This team strengthens customers’ loyalty and belief in Walbing as a whole by excellent customer communication and problem-solving.
